Man, everytime I visit any of the UK Olympus forums, They are giving away some great gear,. Space lens caps, strap, Free E-1 grips, Free batterys, Pro Backpacks, ect..

Here in the USA Olympus sold out to Walmart (online only) When you got the website the promos dont work, and no one seems to care. Walk in a Walmart Store you will find a Canon and a Nikon as well as a Sony on display, Where the hell is the OLYMPUS.

The mom and pop shops only sell Nikon and Canon, They dont get any love from Olympus so why sell it. I hate it. I want Olympus to show some Love to the Americans.

I want to set up a forum Like "Ian" has done and offer all the cool freebies he does, however to People in the USA. I want to Help Bring Olympus Cameras out of the shadows here In the USA. Hell the Price alone Kills Nikon and Canon. Yet people pass Oly by. The reason is there is Zero excitement for the Brand. Look on You Tube there is a few reviews from trade shows, but it is flooded with Nikon and Canon.

What Do I have to do to become an Official Leasion for Olympus in the USA. I have written letters to Germany, contacted Head Quarters in he USA. No one seems to care. No one. Ian wont even talk to me about selling any OLY gear to the USA unless it is used Ebay stuff, then I must take in the rear like a good little American. Must be Some kind of conflict of intrest, BS. Well I say it Sucks!

Dammit, I care, and so do 1000's of more people just like me, Here in the good Old USA. Now show us some LOVE! Let me Make Olympus a top Brand in the USA again. Build some Strobist type of features, Like 1/500 sync speed. Some real RF not IR for HSS TTL for the Big Lights.
You need to give some free Gear to David HOBBY, Joe McNally, Scott Kelby, Vincent Laforet, Joey Lawrence (joeyl). Just to name a few. Let them fall in love with OLY, it will become viral

Hell radio popper, elinchrome skyports, cypersync, and the big boys Pocket Wizards wont even function with Oly TTL (FP)/ x-sync) But Nikon and Canon all do. Wont you share some Info and offer some support.

Do you people even care? I love you for the Price of the Body's and the awesome features. No one can touch OLY features for price, Nobody. The Pro glass is second to none, The in camera Jpeg smokes all in IQ.

The price for accessories from OLY are too high. A fl36r and the 50r are way way to much. You need to offer more alternatives, or partner with the Wireless trigger company's so third party stuff will function properly, Like Nikon and Canon do.

Then you will see OLY take off in the USA. People want to be able to buy accessories from everywhere, Sigma, and Leica are just not enough options and sigma is almost Junk while Lecia is for the billionare boys club, Why no Tamron,Tokina. I did see a Nissan flash (a White one) maybe 4/3 is catching on. M4/3 is going to be big, just dont lose focus on the Big gear.

I want to see some fast primes, Like you used to offer in the Old OM days. What happed. Did you forget what made Olympus Great. Affordable awesome qaualtiy and plenty of product and LOVE for everyone. I hate Walmart. They are Killing mom and pop everything. You are helping!
